The Mart allows you to buy useful and decorative items for your adoptables. The Mart does not offer refunds or buy back items from you.
Evolutionary Stones can be used, in the Pokémon Center, to evolve specific adoptables. They cannot be attached as a held item. They are also single use, consumed whenever the stone has an effect.
Held Items can also be used in the Pokémon Center to evolve specific adoptables. Unlike Evolutionary Stones, they are held by the adoptable and are visibly shown next to it. You can trade items to other users since they are held by the adoptable.
