Hi, I made my account first in 2012 and after a couple years of playing I fell out. I remembered this site existed recently and I dug around and found it and remembered my login and I got so excited to see all my fun pokemon I collected but all my pokemon are gone? Every single one including my starter? I also have all my statistics go back to 0, as well as my credits. I'm curious if there was a site wide wipe or refresh I am not aware of?
I had a lot of event and holiday pokemon... help! What happened?

Look here: https://www.virtuadopt.com/migrate
And yes we had a reset in April last year. Everyone started again.

Oh wow, I missed it by a year and some. So there is no other way to pick a starter pokemon?

Thank you, I was able to migrate over some! I know that I had more than what was showing but that's alright. I'm glad I was able to get a few!!

You are welcome. Most of the VAs might come back in the future anyway.
Happy clicking.

The boxes you sorted them in still exist. Maybe click trough all of your boxes? :3 You can select boxes on the migration site.UnGravitational wrote: ↑January 19th, 2023, 10:28 pm Thank you, I was able to migrate over some! Yeah. My Christmas Rapidash is no where to be seen. Ditto for the Christmas tree guy whose name I can't remember, but that we were given decorations for.Trafalgar-Tachibana wrote: ↑January 22nd, 2023, 12:13 am

As far as I know, Virtuadopts with multiple forms work differently now, compared to the old system, so migrating them isn't going to work right at this time.If a Virtuadopt is not in the list, it may not be migrated at this time, possibly ever.
That doesn't mean they can't return to VA at some point though.
