Welcome to the new and improved Virtuadopt! Virtuadopt has gone back to where it all began, and only the basics are available. You can adopt new eggs, buy items in the Mart, and help each other raise their adoptables in the improved Click Exchange.

As begin this new journey, you may notice everything looks the same. And you are right, for the most part. To get things going on a new system as quickly as possible, the look of the site has been kept the same. However, there were multiple changes behind the scenes. Some of which include rarity and gender ratios in eggs. The Click Exchange is much faster. You can also select the exact number of items you wish to buy in the Mart.

These changes come at a cost, everyone is starting over from the beginning. Money, items, you name it, have all been purged. Your Virtuadopts are still alive and well in the old system, but you cannot view them at this time. More details are coming on how to transfer some of them to this new system and how many you can bring over. For now, you can view your old adoptables at old.virtuadopt.com but it is a little buggy and any changes will not be reflected when the migration tool is made available. It will be available for a week or so if you want to take screenshots or save pictures of your collections.

We are also looking for feedback on ways we can improve the look of the site, as well as new features and old features you want to return.

Yankees, there is no limit on number of eggs I can adopt at the moment. I also don't know how to access the click exchange

Looks to me like you are at the limit, 20. It's still available on the map, as the old Game Corner building.

It's back, yays! I was kinda hoping the site to be new on April, 1st although it's a bit weird, that nothing happens, when you click on the daycare or GTS xD
But the CE is finally mobile friendly, thank you! Can't wait to get my adopts hatched :3

Whooo, I'm super excited for this!! I'm sacrificing my sleep right now aaaa!! Thank you so much for all the effort you put in this website, I'm seriously so grateful. ;v;
I've just learend it on the hard tour to don't click the CE too fast, I just clicked away a Moltres. :') I'll be more careful from now, but maybe this information will help others!

Super excited and feeling good about collecting in earnest now that the reboot has officially started! Happy 13th birthday, Virtuadopt!

I do have a question though! I've noticed on both versions of the site that when I or a friend go to click my egg, it goes to the "feed" page first, which doesn't appear to do anything, and eggs/Pokemon seemed to only gain steps/levels by clicking the additional link on the page to walk/train with that Pokemon. Does the feed function serve a purpose? I'm wondering if there's a way for giving clicks to go faster as a process, if we were to mass-click a single player.

The click exchange is a lot better, but it feels like possible winning promo codes may be easily missed if the button doesn't get moved if someone were to win one.

Well; I thought something was up when a maintenance started, so yeah...guess I come back a bit from my inactivity and start clicking again XD

However, the captchas are a bit jarring to look at, but it's tolerable^^

I enjoy using the improved site, even though I was a bit shocked to see everything gone I have achieved over the last thirteen years. Hopefully it won't take too long to be able to import the old adopts over.

Also, evolution stones seem to be bugged at the moment, I can't evolve my Eevee into Vaporeon with a Water Stone:

Just a few question I got about Congratz':

Is it easy missible by clicking to fast on the button in the CE or does the button move when you get a congratz?
If you miss it is there a way to get the promo anyway yet?
Can you also get the congratz-promos as shinies?

Okay, it appears that evolutions in general aren't working right now.

Another bug I noticed is, when I want to click other users' adopts and try to switch to their second or third box, it takes me to my own Box 2 or 3 and not to theirs.

Also, I have seen that some users have starter Pokémon already, but the starter corner is not available right now. Are those able to hatch from regular eggs now?
