As someone else has stated, Yankee has been busy with real life things and is seeking another web designer. So once he finds a person or a few who can web design I think that would help people stay more active on here. :)
Yes I agree ^_^

There are few ideas floating around in my head, just need to get everything sorted with yankees. :)
Although not as many are active as in the past, there are still fair few people playing from what I've seen and I believe thing'll get better. ^_^
Great to hear :D
Welcome to the team, and good luck!! :king:

One of the sites I go to has announced it will have to close. I'm really hoping it doesn't happen to Virtuadopt too.

That... doesn't make any sense here.

It's too good to die out.
There are many options anyways. Well, I think it's time to double stakes with free mobile casino bonus. Just like they say, everyone should look for his own.

I think the site is dying. Nothing, really nothing is happening here anymore and most of the staff is retired.

nah vA HAS A tendency to suvive despite being dead

What we need is members chatting in here to boost forum activity. Members actively advertising the site on yarolds. We created a mini link explosion during a double shiny event. ;) i think the same can happen again. The more we click, the more visible that VA is. There are some members that have switched to magistream and talesofostlea links because they can be clicked once every 4 hours, so less people are active. We can do the same thing for virtuadopt but considering if we are going for high leveled pokemon, half of our credits are wasted because the clicks don't count. If it could be changed it'd help a lot.

It's kinda dying a bit but we can revive it! We just gotta click and click!
Join Yarolds to raise your eggs fast! Join The mob and be part of an awesome Team ! We can teach you to click 400 links in 10 mins! Pm me to learn how. Only PM me if you aren't already in a dyn.

We, users can revive it, but it would be easier for us if there were any updates.

Mega evolutions, a new generation, new special dex Pokémon...

I agree with that. Even without new artwork for Alola or promos we do have existing artwork to use now. For example, why not change raffle to summer Kirlia? Or put meloetta and way to evolve it into a game? Or Diancie?

I agree, new artwork and events would be great, but I still enjoy collecting pokemon and hatching adopts! I do wish they would give opportunities to win older promos tho, because that would be interesting.

That person came back after a long absence. Unless the topic is locked, then it should be allowed to post in.

Hey pals, looks like the site is going to be closed. i wonder if there is anything we can do about it. i totally understand real life issues, same happened to me some years ago and i'am thankful stefanol, yankeez and all the staff kept the site up for so long.

thing is, i would really miss Virtuadopts ._. i really enjoyed my time here since i came over in 2009, clicking, collecting and chatting with people was always so much fun. and it is still today...

is there any hope to keep the site running with a new Admin and webspace?

It would be nice to hear more from him, something like: Sorry, guys, I don't have time anymore, please be patient.
Or something else.

But there is nothing, I only found a post to the special account thread.

So it looks a little bit like he has not only the time, but also no longer interest in this side.

It wont take 5 minutes to write the sorry guys sentence in this forum; but he didn't took the time for this, so.

Idk, it is just how it looks to a normal user like me. I don't think, he is working 24/7. I know, RL and Life and Work is much more important than some internetthings, but a little small notice to the users would be nice.

But with nothing it looks abandoned and I wonder, if this side still exits an the end of the year.

I'm happy that this side still exists, but I wonder, how long it will be here. Nothing offical is happing here and we normal users can't do much to bring it back to life.

Even if we do something like "everybody get a free VA from my trade box or a competition; it would't motivate much users to return or stay here.

Did you.... only join or make a new account to rant about something that is... like... nonsense because Yankee made a whole thread about that? lmao

yeah, the whole discussion of the future is already on, many users already shared their thoughts and Yankee reacted to it. so i don't see the problem here.

also its difficult to judge people you don't know in person for their job or what is going on in their real life. Someone who doesn't care wouldn't give their users options for the sites future or react to postings.
