the slotmachine appears when you're doing clicks (using the feed-button) on adoptables, its on the bottom page and gives you a chance of winning something for every click you do^^
if you win a prize from the slotmachine, you won't miss it, Pokedollar and Virtucoins are added to your account automatically, Promo-Adoptable Prizes show up on top of the page with a clickable code to add them to your account.
so you can click without always checking the bottom page and waiting for a win x D

The Slot machine also works in the Click Exchange, but it is invisible there. Instead, if you win something, your win will appear above the Feed Next Button!
If you ever miss/click away a Congratz Promo Adopt, you can reclaim the code with ingame money here: https://www.virtuadopt.com/promo/backroom
But the codes are only saved in the backroom for 2 weeks. If you save your code off site, aka on your phone, in a notebook or something by taking a screenshot or writing it down, you can still use/redeem it in the Team Rocket Hideout years later tho.
