Didn't receive guess the number prize

Like Ecco at the beginning of July posted in a separate topic that has since been locked with no answers, today I guessed the right number and didn't receive any reward.

I thought Medium Difficulty was supposed to 100% give you a promo as long as there's a Promo to be won - but it doesn't?

I won Medium yesterday, also got my coins (thanks to Akemie for checking!) but no Quaxly :(

Happened in Google Chrome version 126.0.6478.128, just in case this has anything to do with it, and thought I'd add myself into this topic as there also hasn't been any new info on the discord yet. I also know I'm not the only one this has happened to.

I'd either love to get my Promo, or would ask to have the announcement wording changed if this isn't a bug, but a new feature x_x"

i'am sorry you didn't get your prize. this is most likely a bug, like mentioned in the german topic on page 399 viewtopic.php?t=23945&start=7960

medium mode should definitely get you the promo if you guess right with a small chance for the shiny.

i won a normal one in medium mode yesterday using the same browser, so Chrome may not be the issue here.
