Maybe bumping?

Well the rule states if its your thread not to bump it after 30 days but if it's a thread someone else made, would me bumping it be against the rules? Would I have to make like a V2 of it instead?

Honestly it depends on the thread, but I’d rather see you bumping a thread than creating a new one - except if it’s for a valid reason. Just don‘t „revive“ old threads which are several months old.

Well, the regional threads are there for talking/chatting. So I don't see a reason to "bump" it with just one word or something (like you would bump something in other forums). Just write into it :3

For other threads I would agree with Sora that it depends on the thread. If it is a really old thread (e.g. an old suggestion, "hidden" on page 276 of the suggestion forum) it is totally okay to bump it so people will see it again. But if it is a more or less active thread you can easily see on the first page that is just quiet for 1-2 days, I don't see a reason to bump it.
