I just got some pokemon on click exchange but I cant see it in my adopted pokemons, why?

Do you mean you saw a Congrats with a legendary Pokémon? You actually need to claim it manually when you see it. If you don’t, it’s considered missed and you might be able to grab it from the Rocket hideout backroom instead for a fee.
