As per Yasha's & Cyrrior's mentions in the Beasts Take Flight topic, here is the beginnings of a showcase of the Mega forms! It would be awesome if others could post their megas not yet on the list, both regular & shiny versions welcome, and I'll make an effort to keep this first post as up to date as possible :3
*If you want to see a Mega not yet on the list use this base link and iterate through numbers till you find the one you're looking for; adding an 's' in front for the shiny versions. Shiny Houndour & Shiny Gengar have been posted further below.
~ Thank you to PokeTrade, Karasume, and Dragonclaw for the big pictures.

Re: Mega List (for Visual Purposes)
I find the art on VA can have a much different shine to some adopts than what you see in official art. So it's not so much an issue of not knowing what they look like in general, it's knowing what they look like here. Majority of my 'collects' aren't even pokémon I particularly like and have never actually used in a game. They are simply art that I enjoy looking at.
So since there's currently no way to just look up the VA art for a Mega [yet] this is helpful for say, Yasha wanting to know what a Mega Houndoom looks like before she evolves her shiny houndour with the hopes of a sweet looking shiny mega houndoom. It would really suck to evolve the base form you really like and then find out you hate the evolved version.
As an example... I really like Mega Steelix's official art. But now seeing VA's version it plays down a lot of what I like about it. So while it was one of my top 3 anticipated I'm probably not going to worry about collecting it here now. Not to say it's bad art! I'm just a sucker for colors.
Thank you for the contributions guys!

In regards to Yasha's question, you can actually find out with a little bit of repetition.

Re: Mega List (for Visual Purposes)
Is fair. Though as an art collector being able to see them all without slowly iterating through numbers is convenient.

Re: Mega List (for Visual Purposes)
My research shows there are certain Megas that are most likely unobtainable. My checklist includes Beedrill, Salamence, Metagross, Kangaskhan, Lopunny, Latios, Latias, and Diancie.
Mega Rayquaza's a special case and does not undergo normal Mega Evolution, like Groudon and Kyogre.
