Pssssst...... I want to let you in on a little secret, but don't tell anybody, OK? A couple of months ago I was visited by one of those traveling salesman. I really didn't want to listen to his spheal, but I ended up signing up for his Pokemon of the Month Club. Every month I get a packet of seeds. He told me I had to paint a different Pokemon on a flower pot every month to get the seeds to grow and he said that round Pokemon work the best. It seems to be working well, so I thought I would send you some pictures of my new PokeFarm. PS.... This is how we grow them from where I come from

Here is my Entry ^^
Havn't had the time to make "more", but I like it.
I have a little "Story" for the Pic ^.^
I know, it wasn't a part of the Contest, but I want to share it ^^
(Sorry for my bad englisch):
Spoiler:
It's the time of the Year. The time everything awakened to new life.
And it's time for Deerling and Sawsbuck to change their Form.
In this short span of time, maybe you can find Herds with two Forms.
And sometimes there is a little Deerling, sadly looking at the Herd, with the wish to change, like all others.
But a Sawsbuck comes to comfort it. It says that the time will come. The Deerling only has to wait. And maybe, the next time, it will be one of the first, changing the Form....
I choose to do option 2: Decorate your own flower pot
It didn't turn out like I wanted it to at all, I wanted to make it look like the Bellossom is blowing the petals away, but I kinda failed .. anyway I did my best .
Finally finished!
I actually liked my idea and execution and then I had a look at all the others and now I'm not so sure anymore. Anyway, here we go:
A horde of Floette appeared!
Final entry:
(with name tag that I almost forgot (I had already taken the picture, remembered about the name tag, had to take the picture AGAIN ))
Spoiler:
Materials:
(at least most of them, didn't use everything in the end)
Spoiler:
some close ups:
Spoiler:
it is actually hanging:
Spoiler:
It was kinda difficult to capture the whole thing in one picture, hope you get the idea. The sound it makes is not actually a chiming but more of a rustling (the flowers) and tinkling (the glass stones) which I think fits really well with Floette.
The top on which everything is hanging, the Voltorb, the Electrode and the Swirlix are made out of styrofoam balls and circles.
For Voltorb and Electrode I just used felt pens to paint them on the styrofoam balls.
For Swirlix I used small cotton balls which I connected to a styrofoam ball.
The top consists of a big and a small styrofoam circle which are wrapped with green crêpe paper. To decorate it a bit, I formed something that should look like flower out of crêpe paper in other colours.
As I didn't have enough time to craft more Pokémon, I took some of my Pokémon merchandise and hung it on my wind chimes.
And here some details:
Spoiler:
Voltorb
Electrode
Swirlix
It was fun to craft my own wind chimes and I really like it =) I hope, you like it, too
If there is a problem with the pics (for example that you can't see them), please tell me. Then I can upload them somewhere else.

Whew, I made it just in time. :3
This was a pain to make but I'm quite happy how this turned out in the end. Though I do wish I would have had time to add another layer of paint on those pokes so the paintjob wouldn't look so rushed. :d
Let's get down to business then, here's the final product:
I decided to try my best at the first type, Making a Wind Chime.
As some people know, I absolutely love Hoenn, so I decided to have the Hoenn dex as my theme when making this chime. <3
I focused a lot when doing this one, so I don't have many in-progress pics, other than this one:
Spoiler:
Swablu pearl getting painted, plusle & minun drying to the right on top of a needle.
the materials I used:
* 12 Wooden pearls
* 15 Glass pearls
* A basic wind chime kit (the metal bars that makes the lovely melody when they kling together~ and some very thin wire)
* Glue
* Light Air-drying clay (it weights basicly nothing)
* Some old cotton from a pillow
* Acrylic paint
* Shiny transparant varnish
* Thicker wire
* A slightly thicker thread/rope for making it possible to hang up
* Sewing thread
* A little bit of paper
* Red colour pencil
* Black marker
-------------
I started by painting all the wooden pearls, 10 of them as different pokémon (Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, Gulpin, Aron, Plusle, Minun, Wailmer, Swablu & Shroomish)
The starters all have marks that represents their typing on the back, a water drop for mudkip, a flame for Torchic and a leaf for Treecko
Spoiler:
The pearls were put together with the glass pearls on thin wire, connected at the top by a small metal circle.
Spoiler:
I decided to have Latias and Latios on top of it as the guardians, both of them having the remaining 2 wooden perals in front of them representing the Red & Blue orb that awakens Kyogre & Groudon, using cotton as a cloud and sewing it to a bigger circle that I've tied to the small one with threads:
Spoiler:
Latias
And Latios (there's sadly a red spot on the wing because I had red paint on my fingers when I held him in my hand and sadly I can't seem to paint over it :/)
Both of them were made by light air-drying clay and then painted, Latios didn't want to dry as much as I hoped and after having slight problems with painting eyes onto Latias, I decided to draw eyes & the white mark for Latios forehead on paper (using a red colour pencil for the iris) and then glue it onto him.
And here's the final picture with my name on it, I hanged it next to my boyfriend's jacket due to lack of places to hang it on but I've held it with my hands as well and it works perfectly :3
Sweet little Fletchling left it's Pokéball and found a comfortable green spot surrounded by flowers where it can enjoy the spring breeze. And who knows, maybe some of her friends will join her later...
Option one: Crafting a wind chime
